Notes on a Warming World

Whether it’s a flower blooming at a strange time of the year down the street from my apartment or an entire city under water because of a hurricane climate change can be seen in the most subtle and monumental ways. There is a sense of awe and terror in these moments for me, a blooming rose on a fog shrouded December street in Brooklyn is both otherworldly beautiful and frightening when one considers that the shifting weather patterns frequently leave the street in font my studio a few miles away underwater.
